Key Accountabilities
- Proactively building and maintaining the full calendar of exhibitions throughout the Financial Year.
- Working closely with our commercial, marketing and product teams to identify opportunities to further expand the A-SAFE Group’s footprint via global exhibitions.
- Project managing events and controlling costs to deliver them on time and within budget.
- Managing the end-to-end B2B exhibitions program, with the ability to create an efficient approach to delivery, irrespective of the size and complexity of the event.
- Be responsible for risk and compliance at exhibitions – Full risk assessments.
- Overseeing the installation and de-rigging of exhibition stands.
- Organising and approving stand designs, stand layouts, product ordering, delivery, and marketing collateral for the exhibition.
- Managing the day-to-day activity on-site, organising press and customer meetings to bolster the A-SAFE Group’s reputation across a range of trade & industry publications.
How you will be supported
You will be supported by a talented in-house team, to create impressive exhibition stand designs that will attract and engage a wide and diverse range of audiences across multiple industries & sectors.
- Our dedicated multi-media team will support you with engaging video content to be used at the world’s highest-profile exhibitions.
- You will be supported by our in-house team of Product Specialists, guiding product lines and their applications.
- Our state of the art manufacturing facility provides the opportunity to create exhibition-specific products as required.
- You will be supported by a global team of in-house Marketing specialists on all communications and the generation of leads, both pre & post-event.
Essential:
Experience of Event Management – Conferences /
Exhibitions / Brand Activation – 2 Years+.- Experienced in risk assessments and policies associated
with international events. The ability to be proactive and take the initiative. - The ability to work with multiple stakeholders at any one
time, setting clearly defined objectives and associated deadlines. Self
motivated – team player. - Confident leader & decision maker, with a focus on
finding effective solutions and delivering results.products as required. - Commercially focussed with strong negotiation skills when
dealing with venues and suppliers.
Desirable:
- B2B background.
- Knowledge of working with creative teams.
- Knowledge of design software, such as Studio Max, the Adobe Creative suite, and AutoCAD.
- Knowledge of software to create sketches, images and 3D versions of exhibition designs.
- knowledge of AV and IT technology.
